Tri-Tip Tapa: $7.00 per lb (While supplies last.) Cooking Instruction: – Place marinade, including liquid, in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (Do not add water). – Stir marinade occasionally. Liquid will eventually turn brown which is expected. – Once the liquid is almost absorbed, lower to medium heat. – You may cut the meat in smaller pieces, if desired. – Continue to cook. No oil is needed as the natural juice from the meat will come out. – Cook until meat is lightly browned or until your preferred liking. (Best served with garlic fried rice, fried egg and for dipping sauce: spicy vinegar with fish sauce.)
